Works like a sandwich maker should ... nothing to extol about. Price vs performance vs looks ... I am satisfied. However, I needed to remove two stars because of the following reasons...1. one side is hinged. If you try to make a thick sandwich (three loaves with minimum stuffing on both sides of the centre bread) - the sandwich becomes thinner at the back side (closer to the hinge) and remains thicker in front. You need to stop midway and change the orientation - after which the shape of the sandwich becomes irregular (no longer square)2. The photo looks like the back side is NOT hinged. This is from a different model. Seller should not have used this photo here. I felt a bit cheated - but by then my family had already used the device - so I had to keep. Otherwise I would have returned.

Using the product last 7days only for making bread sandwich.Received right product at right condition. However size is small just for 2 pair of breads. If you make the sandwich too thick the lid portion will close unevenly as the hinge is not adjustable height.Heating capacity fast, takes max 2min to toast.For 2nos sq bread sandwich, the product is perfectly ok. Will try for other like fish in future.Enjoy sandwiching.

Its Nice, but the top should not become hot since we need to touch it to close it properly as we cannot close it only with handle. So for that we need to use cloth. They could add a none heating surface on top.
Super toaster but on a short leash

Was sceptical looking at the brand. But the toaster just works. Its beautiful and works both as a sandwich maker and a panini maker. The 1 star has been for the chord. Its freaking short. I am struggling on that front.

it is designed without any R&D, Top part heats immediately and it is quite unsafe , there is only one locking on right side, in left side it tilts and power breadis wasted, no equal heat is passed on both parts on the filled sandwich, left side remains less heated and then turn it other way to get the equal heat,wastage of time and power, locking should be in between to get pressure on the whole, In whole Totally useless and unsafe model.I was using Inalsa, It has no issues like this, I used it for quite few years with best results!
